United Flight School: Thoughts?

I just read an article that United is about to fire up their flight school to train pilots to directly funnel them into a career at United. I'm curious if there are any disadvantages to this. I assume that this is great for any upcoming pilots, but I'm sure there are two sides to the story. I'm very interested in hearing the other side!

I looked at it a while back they do a good job of making it sound better than it really is.

The United School is as good as any other flight School. The bonus is that if you follow their track you have a straight shot into a Major airline. I'm currently at United Aviate and it's been great so far. Every flight school has its positives and negatives.
